SHIPPING

Shipping (Domestic Orders)

With the exception of pre-orders, it may take up to 5 business days (Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST) of when you purchased your item(s) for items to ship. If your order includes a pre-order, all items will ship together, once the pre-order is ready.

If you ordered within the US and your tracking number does not update with movement after 6 business days of when your purchase was made, you may contact us.

If your order comes back “return to sender”, we will refund your order. You may try and order again in the future.

Shipping (International Orders)

 International orders are available through a certain number of countries that are approved with our agreements with our licensors. Zen Monkey Studios uses First class international with USPS, which shall remain under 4 pounds.

This does not cover any customs fees your country might enforce.

The current countries and cost to ship to that country are as followed:

  • Canada: $16
  • Italy: $19
  • Spain: $19
  • France: $19
  • Germany: $19
  • Netherlands: $19.99
  • United Kingdom: Currently N/A as we register for the new VAT fees due to BREXIT.
  • Ireland: $22
  • Australia: $22
  • Singapore: $23
  • Mexico: $23

Agreement between the buyer and the seller 

The buyer agrees to not use zenmonkeystudios.com as an unauthorized dropshipper for third party sites including but not limited to mercari.com, ebay.com, and etsy.com. If Zen Monkey Studios believes an account is in violation of this agreement, then Zen Monkey Studios reserves the right to discontinue further business with and terminate said account without prior notice. This is to protect the brand, as well as the licensors.

Lost/Stolen Packages

Zen Monkey Studios is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you are missing a package or have missed a delivery, contact your local post office first. The following link will help you: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm

 Returns/Exchanges

If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 45 days of your purchase and we will be happy to help you with this process. Zen Monkey studios will not exchange or refund any items that have been already worn or washed.
